Outdoor display space at Family Fest is sold in 10' x 10' blocks at $275.00 each ($288.75 w/GST). Vendors must supply their own tents and/or displays and must provide their own tables. Electrical power is available for a small additional fee of $50.00 ($52.50 w/GST). Table, chair and tent rentals are available through our suppliers. Call us for more information.

Set Up time: Thursday May 1, 2025 (by appointment) Move Out: Sunday May 4, 2025 at 4pm. No early tear down or move out. ALL DISPLAYS MUST BE REMOVED BY 6PM SUNDAY.

Before March 3, 2025: $75 Minimum deposit is required to reserve your space. Balance to be paid in full by March 3, 2025 or space will be forfeited. After March 3, 2025: Payment is due in full.

Space limitations have forced us to be selective in choosing the clients who will showcase their wares at our annual event. We feel that achieving the right exhibitor "mix" is crucial. So is continuity and flow in the event layout. For this reason, we do not guarantee locations. Working on a first come, first served basis, we endeavor to meet all location requests. Unfortunately, we do not take position requests until full payment is received.

A copy of your liability insurance is required no later than April 25, 2025. The policy must be a minimum of 2 million in coverage, it is becoming industry standard. You will also need to list (as additional insureds):

Most insurance brokers will do this at no charge if you already have a policy. If you currently do not carry liability insurance, we recommend reaching out to your broker and obtaining a policy. Three-day Special Event policies are cost-effective if you do not carry year-round insurance.
